You'll be an essential part of our customer success infrastructure, serving as the connective tissue between field technicians, logistics coordinators, internal departments, and external clients.

As a Customer Service & Operations Support Specialist working the night shift, you'll be entrusted with managing arenaflex Enterprise Maintenance Orders from inception to closeout — a responsibility that demands precision, accountability, and a genuine commitment to excellence. You'll be cross-trained across multiple functional areas, including logistics coordination, system support, and customer communications, ensuring that you develop a well-rounded skill set that serves you throughout your career at arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities at arenaflex

Your day-to-day responsibilities at arenaflex will encompass a broad and rewarding range of tasks designed to keep our operations running smoothly through the night hours. You can expect to:

  • Monitor and screen enterprise maintenance orders within our proprietary system, ensuring all orders are properly documented, categorized, and queued for appropriate action — never letting a single request fall through the cracks during overnight hours.
  • Support technicians with order closeouts, verifying that all work performed meets quality standards, that documentation is complete and accurate, and that orders are formally closed out in accordance with arenaflex operational protocols.
  • Manage internal escalations with professionalism and urgency, ensuring that high-priority orders are accepted, processed, and rolled forward in a timely manner — resolving bottlenecks before they become problems.
  • Perform detailed data entry across multiple platforms, updating order information, technician notes, client details, and service records with precision and care.
  • Generate and maintain reports and operational trackers, providing real-time visibility into order status, technician performance, and service delivery metrics for arenaflex leadership teams.
  • Provide cross-functional logistics and system support, assisting with inventory coordination, scheduling logistics, and troubleshooting system-related issues as they arise during overnight operations.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications — including phone calls and emails — with both internal arenaflex teams and external enterprise clients, maintaining a professional, solutions-oriented demeanor at all times.

Competitive Compensation

This role offers a starting hourly rate of $15.00 per hour, with an additional $2.00 per hour shift differential for working the night shift — recognizing and rewarding the unique demands of overnight work. Your total hourly compensation at arenaflex begins at $17.00 per hour, and we regularly review compensation to ensure our team members are paid competitively within the industry.

Work Schedule & Location Details

This position at arenaflex follows a structured onboarding and work schedule designed to set you up for success from day one:

  • In-Person Training Period: All new hires complete a comprehensive training program at the arenaflex office located in Green Bay, WI. Training is conducted during regular daytime business hours, Monday through Friday, and is designed to fully equip you with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to excel in the role before transitioning to remote work.
  • Remote Work After Training: Upon successful completion of the training period, you will transition to a fully remote work arrangement — working from your home or dedicated workspace with the flexibility and comfort that remote work affords.
  • Shift Schedule: Once remote, you will work a 12-hour rotating night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. This schedule may include weekend nights and, on occasion, holiday shifts or overtime as required by arenaflex operational needs.
  • Location Requirement: Candidates must live within a 45-minute to 1-hour radius of Green Bay, WI. This ensures you can attend the in-person training and, if ever needed, easily return to the office for in-person meetings or team events.
  • Remote Work Requirements: Candidates must have reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace suitable for professional remote work. You'll need a quiet environment conducive to focused work, data entry, and professional communications throughout your shift.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent — a foundational requirement for all arenaflex team members in this role.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills — you must be able to clearly articulate information, ask thoughtful questions, and document work accurately across both written and verbal channels.
