Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 Responsibilities: ? Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion ? Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently ? Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities ? Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company?s values and integrity ? Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business Qualifications: ? A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale ?
