Flogas Britain is a leading supplier of Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) in the UK, committed to providing renewable energy solutions. As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries and delivering energy solutions, ensuring that homes and businesses receive the energy they need efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Helping set up new accounts for customers quickly
- Delivering innovative energy solutions for retail stores
- Finding answers to customer queries and solutions to challenges
- Supporting your team while managing customer needs
Skills
- Experience in a role where you've worked with your customers to solve their problems
- Proven experience of working in a busy environment, successfully prioritising and managing multiple tasks, whilst achieving great results
- Good MS Office skills, and strong attention to detail
- Talent for communicating clearly over the phone and in writing on email and web chat
- The ability to negotiate well and be comfortable working with numbers – from customer bills to pricing
- Drive to do right by your customers and your team
