[Remote] Mobile Repair Technician - Calgary, Alberta
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Likewize is searching for a Mobile Repair Technician to join their WeFix Repair team. The role involves delivering high-quality repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and representing the brand while working in a mobile service environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver on‑time, high‑quality repairs by managing daily bookings, parts collection, and repairs efficiently using Likewize systems
- Create great customer experience by meeting customers at their chosen location, performing thorough quality checks, and keeping them proactively informed along the way
- Own the full repair journey — from inbound and outbound quality control to all required system administration before heading to the next appointment
- Represent the brand proudly by maintaining a clean, professional mobile workshop, vehicle, tools, and equipment at all times
- Monitor your performance against KPIs and service standards, always aligning with company values and looking for ways to improve
- Support business growth by engaging locally — whether through retail partnerships, visible presence, social activity, or customer referrals
- Handle parts responsibly by returning unused or salvage items as required and escalating vehicle or equipment issues promptly
Skills
- A valid G/A Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record — comfortable behind the wheel of our mobile service vans
- A solid foundational understanding of how electronics work, with curiosity to keep learning
- Clear, confident communication skills (both verbal and written) to connect easily with customers and teammates
- A customer‑first mindset, delivering friendly, professional service every time
- The ability to thrive both independently in the field and collaboratively as part of a broader team
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, and Word are favorites of ours!)
