About the Job As a creative at KH + Madden, you'll be responsible for developing visually compelling, brand-aligned marketing solutions across digital, social, print, and experiential platforms. You'll own the creative strategy for client projects, ensuring every campaign is built for success from the start. From crafting eye-catching designs to simplifying complex content, you'll create work that influences attitudes, drives engagement, and delivers results. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, keeping everything on track and ensuring clients receive exceptional, on-brand creative solutions-on time and error-free. What You Bring You're an expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and After Effects, with a killer online portfolio showcasing dynamic campaigns across digital, web, social, and traditional mediums. You have experience collaborating with accounts, media, production, and UX/UI teams, and you understand the power of visual storytelling in brand marketing. Beyond just great design skills, you have a natural ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing. You're able to present and sell your work, confidently explaining the strategy behind each creative decision. Pressure doesn't shake you, and you're always willing to find a way to make things work.
