About the role Please note - to be considered for this role you must be fluent in both Dutch & English. Reporting to our Marketing Director (International), the Field Marketing Manager, Benelux, is a pivotal, revenue-focused role responsible for driving pipeline and bookings growth across the region. You'll own the full regional marketing mix, from demand generation campaigns and digital marketing through to events, content, social media, and sales alignment. Working closely with the Benelux sales team, you'll be responsible for creating and executing programmes that generate measurable business results and directly contribute to pipeline and revenue growth. A typical day will include... Owning the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Benelux region, with a clear focus on pipeline and bookings growth Designing and executing integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, content, email, social, webinar, and event channels Analysing Salesforce and marketing performance data to understand pipeline health, campaign effectiveness, and revenue contribution Managing and optimising regional marketing budgets to maximise return on investment Building strong partnerships with sales teams, BDRs, and regional stakeholders to identify opportunities and address pipeline gaps Managing Bullhorn's presence at industry events, trade shows, roundtables, and customer-facing activities Working closely with creative, marketing operations, demand generation, and external agency partners to deliver impactful campaigns Creating, localising, and adapting marketing content for Dutch and English-speaking audiences Experimenting with new channels, ideas, and approaches, measuring results and applying learnings quickly Sharing market insights, campaign performance, and recommendations with stakeholders across the business This role will be a fit for you if... You have experience in demand generation, field marketing, regional marketing, or a similar revenue-focused B2B marketing role You have a proven track record of driving pipeline, opportunity creation, and revenue outcomes through marketing activity You think like a revenue owner and care about pipeline, opportunities, and bookings rather than marketing activity alone You are highly analytical and enjoy using data to make decisions, identify opportunities, and optimise performance You are comfortable working in Salesforce and using dashboards, reports, and campaign metrics to guide your actions You enjoy partnering closely with sales teams and are viewed as a trusted commercial partner You are comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution You embrace experimentation, are willing to test new ideas, and learn quickly from both successes and failures You are naturally curious and enjoy learning new skills, tools, and approaches You are fluent in Dutch and English and enjoy working across both local and international teams Bonus points for... Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms Experience managing regional events programmes and industry trade shows Experience working within SaaS, technology, or other fast-paced B2B environments Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar technologies to improve analysis, campaign execution, and productivity What we offer...
