About the team and the role: As a Marketing Project Manager you will join the Marketing Design & Operations team, and will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders from marketing, partnerships and the broader organization. You will be a key driver of projects, empowering the team to deliver with velocity and balance, propelling TCGplayer’s goals and purpose. You are a strong written and verbal communicator, and are comfortable tailoring your message to each audience, and take a people centered approach to your project management. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, the Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for organizing and executing all aspects of marketing projects. This position requires comfort utilizing project management software to structure projects for a remote team across multiple timezones, without sacrificing collaboration and communication. You excel at bringing structure to complex initiatives and ensuring smooth execution across teams. You are highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture. The Marketing Department promotes TCGplayer as a brand and drives sales of our products and services. The team is responsible for the long-term planning, strategy, and execution of creative and digital campaigns across multiple channels (internal and external) supporting company priorities and goals. Marketing also serves as brand stewards by defining and evolving the company's voice and visual identity. What you will accomplish: Develop comprehensive project plans that outline tasks, timelines, resources, and milestones for marketing campaigns and initiatives that are aligned with Marketing standard practice. Responsible for the execution of multiple simultaneous projects and campaigns, overseeing the full project lifecycle up to project completion. Coordinate with cross-functional teams at various levels, to ensure alignment and efficient execution of marketing projects including identifying, escalating and removing blockers for the team. Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing, partnerships, product, customer experience, and more, facilitating regular communication and updates around progress and changes. Prepare and present regular reports on project performance, outcomes, and lessons learned to functional leaders. Foster a culture of flexibility within the team, encouraging responsiveness and agility in project execution. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes. What you will bring: 4+ years of experience managing projects in e-commerce or related industries Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite Proficiency in Jira or a similar project management software Excellent organizational and prioritization skills Exhibits strong initiative and self-motivation, maintaining high personal standards and delivering quality results with minimal supervision Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written The ability to adapt and support project teams through change Additional Details The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below: Compensation varies by US state. For PA, GA, NY a base salary between $70,000-85,000 applies. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
