Position Overview Woolpert is hiring an Engineering Technician to join our dynamic Aviation Team. This position plays a key role in supporting project delivery through documentation management, communication, scheduling, and coordination across technical teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located. What You Will Do: Maintain organized project files and client documentation in accordance with company standards. Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met. Review and proofread technical documents and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Support quality control efforts by tracking revisions, compiling redline comments, and ensuring all deliverables are properly reviewed before submittal. Manage data entry and project information in MS Word, MS Excel, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other systems as directed. Prepare presentation materials, reports, and meeting summaries for internal and client use. Assist with and maintain up-to-date documentation of workflows and procedures. What You Will Bring: 10+ years of project support experience in an engineering, construction, or technical environment preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with AutoCAD or Civil 3D a plus. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through on assigned tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a collaborative team environment. Experience working with technical documentation, plans, or specifications is highly desirable. Basic understanding of engineering or design processes a plus but not required.

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
