About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction Management: Handle a steady volume of inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with vehicle inquiries, service appointments, warranty coverage, roadside assistance, and general product or service information.
  • Information Delivery: Provide accurate, timely, and clear guidance to customers regarding arenaflex products, services, financing options, maintenance schedules, and company policies.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-oriented mindset, consistently striving to turn challenges into positive experiences.
  • Appointment Coordination: Assist customers in scheduling service appointments at authorized facilities, coordinating vehicle repairs, and accessing emergency roadside support services when needed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams such as technical support, service operations, and dealership networks to escalate and resolve complex customer issues efficiently and thoroughly.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions, inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions within the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Essential Qualifications
