Key Responsibilities

  • Premium Member Reception: Greet and welcome arenaflex card members as they arrive at the arenaflex Premium Lounge located in IAH Airport, ensuring a smooth check‑in process.
  • End‑to‑End Experience Management: Own the member journey from the moment they step through the door until they depart, proactively addressing needs and anticipating requests.
  • Problem Solving & Resolution: Identify, analyze, and resolve member inquiries or concerns with creativity and speed, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
  • Personalized Recommendations: Leverage the “Member First” philosophy to suggest travel, lifestyle, and concierge services that align with each member’s preferences.
  • Travel & Reservation Assistance: Provide expert guidance on flight bookings, hotel reservations, dining selections, and entertainment options, collaborating with partner vendors to secure preferred outcomes.
