Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE $130,000+) Company Vehicle | Healthcare | Career Progression Via is supporting a leading provider of temporary power, heating, cooling and compressed air solutions in the search for a Sales Representative to cover the Beaumont and wider Texas petrochemical region. This is a remote, territory-based role offering the opportunity to manage existing accounts while developing new business across some of the largest industrial and energy customers in the market. You'll work closely with customers across petrochemical, refining, oil & gas and heavy industry, delivering critical equipment solutions that keep operations running safely and efficiently. We're looking for ambitious, commercially driven sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, winning new business and managing key accounts. Experience within industrial services, equipment rental, energy, oil & gas, construction, HVAC, compressed air or power generation sectors would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with both new and existing customers across industrial and petrochemical sectors
  • Conduct face-to-face and remote sales meetings to develop opportunities
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate rental and service solutions
  • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals and quotations
  • Sell equipment rental solutions including power generation, HVAC, and compressed air systems
  • Develop and execute short, medium, and long-term sales plans
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity, opportunities, and pipeline management using a CRM system
  • Work closely with operations, logistics, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery

About You

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in direct sales within petrochemical, refinery, or heavy industrial sectors
  • Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of winning new business
  • Experience managing accounts and developing long-term customer relationships
  • Good understanding of power generation, HVAC, or compressed air systems
  • Confident using CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience desirable
