Job Description

As a Travel Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with their travel needs. • Book flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and other transportation services efficiently.
• Offer guidance on travel insurance options and assist with necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers to ensure smooth arrangements for clients.
• Handle any changes or cancellations in bookings promptly while keeping the best interest of the client in mind.
• Stay updated with industry trends and developments to offer innovative travel solutions.
• Resolve any issues or complaints that may arise during the booking or travel process professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the travel industry or related customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.
