Position Overview
arenaflex is seeking an experienced GRC professional to serve as a Data Entry Specialist within its Remote Cybersecurity Operations. You will be responsible for managing third‑party risk management (TPRM) workflows, validating risk assessment requests, and ensuring that all compliance documentation is accurately captured and maintained in arenaflex’s internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate arenaflex’s TPRM software platform to process and track third‑party risk assessments.
- Validate incoming risk assessment requests, collaborating with business stakeholders to confirm scope, requirements, and timelines.
- Coordinate the distribution, collection, and review of due‑diligence questionnaires for internal and external parties.
- Document findings, remediation plans, and status updates within arenaflex’s compliance management system.
- Draft and review risk assessment reports, ensuring they meet internal standards and regulatory expectations.
- Serve as a primary liaison between the Governance, Threat, and Compliance (GTC) team and business units, addressing queries and providing guidance on risk‑related matters.
- Continuously monitor third‑party risk tickets, escalating critical issues and driving them to closure.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within arenaflex’s risk management framework and propose actionable enhancements.
- Assist senior GRC leaders in developing and delivering compliance communications, training materials, and awareness campaigns.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, SSAE 16/18, and emerging regulatory changes.
Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in third‑party risk management, data security, or audit & compliance tracking. At least 2‑3 years should be directly related to TPRM or internal audit functions.
- Certifications (preferred): CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor, CISSP, or equivalent credentials.
- Demonstrated ability to work with large‑scale enterprises and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a track record of delivering accurate, actionable insights.
