Role Overview

You will work closely with the Clinical Adjudication team, Pharmacy Advantage (PA) specialists, and the broader analytics community to support the end‑to‑end claims lifecycle, from data ingestion to final documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, validate, and maintain high‑volume data sets related to prescription claims, PA overrides, and clinical adjudication tasks using the arenaflex system.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify root causes of override issues and recommend process improvements.
- Support CAPAS carrier catalog offerings by ensuring accurate data representation and timely updates.
- Incorporate progressive enhancements into all elements of CAPAS operations, driving continuous improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of member‑centric PA documentation during the clinical review phase of the member transition process.
- Produce deliverables for branch projects and PA initiatives, meeting established timelines and quality standards.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) to generate reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
- Run queries in the arenaflex data warehouse and the arenaflex system to support analytics and trend identification.

Essential Qualifications
