Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data entry, quality assurance, and reporting.
  • Assist senior analysts in transforming raw data into actionable insights that inform product roadmaps and policy updates.
  • Identify and flag inconsistencies, gaps, or anomalies in data sets, escalating issues to appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
  • Support the creation of dashboards and visualizations that communicate key metrics to internal and external partners.
