Position Overview: Overnight Customer Service Excellence Specialist

arenaflex is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Overnight Customer Service Excellence Specialist to join our dynamic remote team. You'll be instrumental in maintaining our clients' customer satisfaction standards during overnight hours, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and creating positive experiences that can turn occasional customers into loyal brand advocates. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service during overnight hours, responding to inbound calls, emails, and other customer communication channels promptly and professionally
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and policies with accuracy and empathy

Compensation & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package for our Overnight Customer Service Excellence Specialists, with an hourly rate ranging from $15.84 to $18.10, depending on experience and qualifications.
