As an arenaflex Customer Engineer, you will be the frontline champion for our customers, translating technical challenges into actionable solutions and feeding valuable insights back to the product engineering teams. Your work will directly influence the reliability, security, and overall experience of arenaflex Cloud services, helping us refine our platform, accelerate issue resolution, and deliver a seamless, fan‑worthy experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Advocacy & Support: Provide expert, end‑to‑end support for arenaflex Cloud customers across multiple delivery modalities, ensuring timely and accurate responses to technical inquiries.
  • Deep Technical Expertise: Demonstrate a strong grasp of arenaflex Cloud services (equivalent to Level 200‑300 depth), covering compute, storage, networking, identity, and application platforms.
  • Issue Identification & Escalation: Detect recurring patterns, bugs, and feature gaps; collaborate with internal engineering teams to prioritize fixes and enhancements.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze existing support workflows, propose and implement improvements that boost efficiency, reduce resolution time, and elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create, maintain, and enrich technical documentation, best‑practice guides, and self‑service resources that empower customers to succeed on arenaflex Cloud.
  • Cross‑Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships with product owners, feature engineers, and reliability teams to ensure seamless escalation handling and rapid bug resolution.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 + year experience in the software or technology industry, or an equivalent combination of education and hands‑on experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex cloud‑based environments and articulate solutions clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering high‑quality support across global, multicultural teams.
  • Passion for customer success and a natural curiosity to explore emerging cloud technologies.

Preferred Qualifications & Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2 + years of professional experience in software development, cloud operations, or technical support.
  • 1 + year of direct customer‑facing experience, preferably in a technical support or consulting capacity.
  • Proficiency in one or more automation/scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or C#.
  • Relevant certifications in arenaflex Cloud or competing cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
  • Hands‑on experience with core cloud services, including:
    • Compute, storage, and networking fundamentals.
    • Web application hosting (IIS, Apache, Tomcat, WordPress, etc.).
    • Identity and authentication mechanisms (SSO, federation, Active Directory, arenaflex AD).
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems, and the ability to navigate both environments confidently.
