Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective car buyers via phone, email, live chat, and video calls to uncover their vehicle preferences, budget constraints, and lifestyle needs.
  • Leverage arenaflex’s extensive inventory database to recommend vehicles that align with each customer’s unique criteria, highlighting features, financing options, and promotional offers.
  • Guide customers through every stage of the purchasing process—from initial inquiry and test‑drive scheduling to financing approval and final delivery coordination.
  • Ensure a frictionless transition from online interaction to in‑store experience, arranging seamless handoffs to sales consultants and service teams when necessary.

Mentorship and Continuous Learning

  • Act as a mentor to newer team members, sharing best practices, product knowledge, and effective communication techniques.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, webinars, and product workshops to stay current on the latest vehicle models, industry trends, and arenasflex technology tools.
  • Provide constructive feedback to management on process improvements, customer pain points, and emerging market opportunities.
