Position Overview: Remote Part-Time Customer Experience Specialist

arenaflex is actively seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and driven individuals to join our expanding Customer Experience team as Part-Time Customer Experience Specialists. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Part-Time Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance that enhances their overall shopping journey. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Customer Interaction Excellence: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media messaging.   • Product and Service Support: Provide accurate and helpful information about arenaflex products, services, subscriptions, and policies. Assist customers with questions related to product recommendations, order status, shipping details, returns, exchanges, and payment concerns.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible. When an issue requires escalation, ensure that the customer feels heard, valued, and informed throughout the process.
  • System Navigation: Use multiple internal platforms, CRMs, and order management systems to access customer information, update accounts, process transactions, and document interactions accurately. Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new tools quickly are essential.
  • Customer Education: Proactively educate customers on arenaflex features such as autoship subscriptions, loyalty rewards, product reviews, and pet care resources. Help customers make informed decisions that benefit both their pets and their household.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with team members across departments, including fulfillment, logistics, merchandising, and technical support, to ensure that customer issues are resolved swiftly and that feedback is communicated upward to improve overall operations.
  • Performance Standards: Meet or exceed key performance indicators, including average handle time, response time, customer satisfaction scores, quality assurance benchmarks, and resolution rates.
