Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Remote Customer Experience Specialist – Aviation Support & Passenger Relations to join the arenaflex team. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, your day-to-day responsibilities will include a diverse mix of customer-facing and behind-the-scenes tasks. Your primary duties will encompass the following areas:

  • Passenger Support Across Multiple Channels: Provide exceptional, courteous, and professional customer service via phone, email, live chat, and other digital communication platforms. Respond to inquiries with accuracy, speed, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Flight Information and Travel Guidance: Assist passengers in locating accurate flight schedules, gate information, seat availability, connection details, and other essential travel data. Help customers navigate complex itineraries and make informed decisions about their journeys.
  • Reservations, Bookings, and Payment Processing: Handle new reservations, modify existing bookings, process ticket changes, and manage payment transactions with precision and care. Ensure all entries in the booking system are accurate and comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Baggage Assistance and Lost Item Recovery: Support customers who have experienced lost, delayed, or damaged luggage. File reports, track claims, coordinate with baggage handling teams, and follow up with passengers until their concerns are fully resolved.
  • Customer Education and Policy Communication: Clearly explain travel policies, check-in procedures, security requirements, baggage allowances, refund processes, and any updates or changes that may affect a passenger's travel plans.
  • Problem Resolution and Complaint Management: Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. Maintain a calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented tone throughout every interaction, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Collaboration Across Teams and Departments: Work closely with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments such as operations, baggage services, and technical support to address complex customer issues and continuously improve the overall quality of service.
