Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience with arenaflex Identity solutions, including:
    • arenaflex Business to Consumer (B2C)
    • arenaflex Business to Business (B2B)
    • arenaflex for Customers
    • Cross‑Tenant Access Settings and Synchronization
    • arenaflex Connect
  • Solid understanding of Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) concepts, identity infrastructure, and security fundamentals.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver technical workshops and training sessions to varied audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating technical documentation, presentations, and training curricula.
  • Professional certifications related to identity management or cloud platforms (e.g., arenaflex Certified Identity Engineer, Azure certifications) are highly desirable.
