Our Consultant, Global Equity position is a cornerstone of arenaflex’s equity‑based long‑term incentive programs. You will help ensure that the complex web of stock options, performance share units (PSUs), restricted stock units (RSUs), and other equity awards are administered accurately, compliantly, and on time. This role directly supports the financial well‑being of our global workforce and the integrity of arenaflex’s compensation strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify operational compliance of equity‑based long‑term incentive plans and stock purchase plans.
• Process the issuance, vesting, and settlement of PSUs, RSUs, and stock purchase plan matching ratio awards.
• Review equity transaction activity—including option exercises, RSU/PSU releases, and stock purchase plan actions—to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
• Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, plan administrators, and other stakeholders.
• Support the equity‑based long‑term incentive award delivery process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities.
• Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reporting to aid ongoing operations and strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain and update equity administration policies and documentation.
• Perform additional equity plan administration tasks as assigned, including system enhancements and process improvements.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in equity plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with multiple equity plan products, such as stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and stock purchase plans (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly.
• Understanding of HRIS systems—particularly Workday—and the flow of data between systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
