Position Overview

In this work-from-home role, you will serve as the first point of contact for passengers seeking assistance with their travel needs. Whether answering questions, resolving concerns, or helping with bookings, you will be an essential ambassador of the arenaflex brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Connect with passengers through phone, email, and live chat to provide timely and accurate assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve a wide range of travel-related issues including bookings, flight information, baggage concerns, and general travel policies.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy, patience, and professionalism, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes.
  • Booking Support: Assist passengers with creating, modifying, and canceling reservations while clearly explaining fare rules, policies, and travel options.
  • Real-Time Flight Assistance: Provide up-to-date flight information, including updates on delays, cancellations, gate changes, and boarding procedures, ensuring passengers feel informed and supported.
  • Baggage Inquiries and Claims: Help customers with baggage-related questions, tracking lost items, and initiating or following up on claims as needed.
  • Feedback Collection: Actively gather passenger feedback during interactions and document insights that help arenaflex continuously improve its services and customer experience strategies.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately log all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions within internal systems to maintain clear records and support operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
