Key Responsibilities

- Process the issuance of Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and stock‑plan purchase ratio awards, ensuring accurate timing and documentation.
- Review equity transaction activity—including option exercises, RSU/PSU releases, and purchase plan actions—to guarantee correct settlement, release, and reporting.
- Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, plan administrators, and other stakeholders, providing clear and timely guidance.
- Support the equity‑based LTI award delivery process and stock‑plan enrollment activities, collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as payroll, tax, and legal.
- Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reporting to aid ongoing operations, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
- Maintain and update equity administration policies and documentation, ensuring they reflect current regulatory and internal standards.

Essential Qualifications
