We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Senior Customer Operations Advisor – Foodservice Equipment & Account Management Specialist to join our remote U.S. team. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Customer Operations Advisor at arenaflex, you will serve as the face and voice of our brand, embodying the role of an arenaflex Ambassador in every interaction. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of operational, logistical, and relationship-building tasks, including:

  • Primary Point of Contact: Act as the dedicated liaison and trusted advisor for Foodservice customers, diagnosing service issues, identifying business needs, and implementing tailored programs that drive mutual success.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide timely, accurate updates to internal stakeholders, troubleshoot operational challenges, and steward crucial information to key decision-makers and Sales Executives to ensure alignment and informed action.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee the logistical details of customer openings, closings, relocations, and remodels, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Activity Monitoring & Tracking: Monitor, document, and track all customer activity using internal platforms such as Thirsty, QuickBase, and other proprietary tracking systems to maintain visibility and accountability.
  • Installation & Service Scheduling: Schedule installations, exchanges, buy-backs, and removals using arenaflex’s information systems, ensuring that every fulfillment meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Issue Resolution & Research: Research, analyze, and resolve a wide range of service, installation, and order-related issues using available information systems, delivering expedient and effective solutions.
  • Customer Confirmation & Follow-Up: Confirm all service details directly with customers, including proactive follow-ups and order confirmations, to guarantee satisfaction and reinforce trust.
  • Asset & Parts Management: Manage the sourcing, coordination, and delivery of equipment assets and replacement parts, leveraging arenaflex information systems to streamline the supply chain.
  • Inquiry & Feedback Handling: Handle customer inquiries and feedback with diligence and empathy, maintaining detailed records in database tools to identify trends and continuously improve service performance.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and nurture strong partnerships with customers, clients, and third-party service providers to achieve shared goals, drive continuous improvement, and elevate the service experience.
  • Order Processing & Demand Communication: Process and expedite orders efficiently while communicating demand signals for products and services to relevant teams across the organization.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements

  • Educational Background: A high school diploma or GED is required. An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field is highly preferred.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within a call center, sales, or sales support environment, demonstrating a track record of building rapport and delivering results.
  • Communication Excellence: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly, concisely, and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Relationship-Building Acumen: Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to establish trust, foster loyalty, and maintain long-term partnerships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy and proficiency with technical software applications, including CRM platforms, order management systems, and internal tracking tools.
  • Account Management Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of account management principles, including stewardship techniques and continuity-of-supply strategies designed to ensure lasting partnerships and customer retention.
  • Problem-Solving & Leadership: Excellent problem-solving acumen, with robust leadership capabilities and the confidence to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Distribution & Fulfillment Insight: Familiarity with distributor and distribution policies, coupled with an understanding of supplier fulfillment capabilities to meet both customer and internal requirements.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package designed to attract and retain top talent. The base pay range for this position is $64,700 – $77,600 annually, with the final offer depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that may include:
