Role Overview – Virtual Customer Support Associate

As a Virtual Customer Support Associate for arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers across Hyderabad and the broader Telangana region. Working from the comfort of your own home, you will engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to resolve inquiries, prevent issues, and create moments of delight. arenaflex operates a customer‑centric model that requires flexible coverage across the day. As a virtual associate, you will be expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with shift patterns that may include:

  • Four 10‑hour days (e.g., 6 am – 4 pm) or five 8‑hour days (e.g., 9 am – 5 pm).
  • Rotating shifts that cover early mornings, late evenings, overnight, weekends, and national holidays.
  • Shift scheduling based on real‑time customer demand, typically between 6 am and 11 pm, Sunday through Monday.

Exact shift assignments will be communicated closer to your start date, and you will have the opportunity to discuss preferred availability during the onboarding process.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
