About the Role

Our client, a dynamic and growing e-commerce company, is looking for an energetic and organized Entry-Level Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Columbus, Ohio . As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be involved in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email. You will work closely with the marketing team to support strategy development, content creation, campaign analysis, and event coordination. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement. Support the creation of marketing collateral, such as email newsletters, blog posts, and website content. Help track and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools. Coordinate with vendors and agencies for marketing-related projects. Assist in organizing and executing marketing events and trade shows. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Maintain marketing databases and contact lists. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure brand consistency. Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a hybrid work environment. Enthusiastic and eager to learn and contribute. Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
