Role Overview – Consultant, Global Equity (Remote Data Entry)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented Consultant to join our Global Equity team on a remote basis. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify operational compliance of equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans and stock‑plan purchase programs.
  • Process the issuance, release, and settlement of Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and stock‑plan purchase ratio awards with precision and timeliness.
  • Review equity transaction activity—including option exercises, RSU/PSU releases, and purchase plan activities—to ensure accurate recording, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, internal partners, and external stakeholders, providing clear and helpful guidance.
  • Support the equity‑based LTI award delivery process and stock‑plan enrollment activities, collaborating with HRIS teams to maintain data integrity.
  • Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations, trend analysis, and strategic decision‑making.
  • Maintain and update equity administration policies and documentation, ensuring they reflect current best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with additional equity‑plan administration tasks as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications
