Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat, providing assistance and information regarding products, services, or general inquiries
- Answer customer questions accurately and efficiently, offering solutions to resolve issues
- Assist with troubleshooting and basic technical inquiries
- Escalate more complex issues to appropriate team members or departments
- Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional demeanor throughout all customer interactions
- Document customer interactions and feedback within the company's CRM system
- Meet daily and weekly chat volume targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
- Contribute to maintaining a collaborative and supportive team environment Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No previous experience required (training provided)
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers via chat
- Good problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet connection and the ability to work from home
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle customer inquiries efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Comfortable with technology and familiar with chat systems or the ability to learn quickly Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or online support
