Licensed Financial Services Representative - Charlotte, NC

Pacific Life is hiring Licensed Financial Services Representatives in Charlotte, NC to serve as a trusted resource for policyholders and financial professionals navigating meaningful financial moments. This role involves handling inbound calls, providing guidance on policy transactions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience during significant financial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Handle 40–60 inbound calls daily from policyholders and financial professionals
• Provide guidance on policy transactions, account activity, and product details
• Research and resolve service requests with accuracy and professionalism
• Process requests and document interactions in internal systems
• Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers in real time
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution

Skills

• FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7 licenses
• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (call center, banking, retail, hospitality, or similar)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfort using multiple computer systems
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in financial services or insurance
