Responsibilities

• Practice within the state of California in Environmental/Toxic Tort law
• Handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Work with top practitioners in the areas of benzene, PFAS, heavy metals, silica, solvents, mold, and asbestos
• Engage in Prop 65 and class action matters
• Participate in client interactions and handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials

Skills

• Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the state of California
• Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills
• Candidates must possess strong academic backgrounds
• Candidates must have proven skills in research
• Candidates must be self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
