W e are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Scheduling Specialist to support client coordination and scheduling operations in a fully remote environment. This role focuses on managing calendars, coordinating appointments, and ensuring scheduling details are accurate and handled efficiently from request through confirmation. In this position, you will communicate with clients to gather necessary information, coordinate scheduling requests, and provide timely updates regarding appointments or reservations. You will also review details carefully, monitor scheduling timelines, and maintain organized records using internal systems and digital tools. Your ability to stay organized and manage multiple requests will help ensure a smooth and professional experience for clients. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently while maintaining clear and professional communication. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate appointments, scheduling requests, and calendar updates Communicate with clients to collect details and confirm scheduling information Review scheduling details to ensure accuracy and completeness Monitor timelines and follow up on outstanding items as needed Maintain organized records within internal systems and digital platforms
