As a highly motivated, proactive, and passionate Tour Operation Specialist for Karmaventura, you will organise, plan an design life-changing trips to the Indian subcontinent (India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Maldives). In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure smooth operations with local partners for our departures, develop new products. Karmaventura is a new brand, therefore, we are highly interested in finding someone who is very motivated to grow with the brand. We want our travelers to enjoy the enriching culture and beauty of the country while being immersed in interactive group activities with the locals and unforgettable travel experiences. NOTE: The team is currently full, but we are growing fast, so we might have opportunities soon! Please keep in mind, we'll only consider applications written in English. On daily basis you will Coordinate the trip of our guests with internal and external service providers (e.g. flights department, local providers, guides and other) ensuring the extraordinary quality of the trips we offer. Smooth communication with service providers to ensure operations are booked and reserved for upcoming trips. Fostering long term relationships with service providers, and negotiating agreements. Work on the content for the website: you create new material on a regular basis, or you translate existing texts. Design of amazing trips that will delight your customers. Negotiate the services and prices with the local service providers, getting the best deals for Karmeventura and our clients. Focus on the traveler—offering world-class customer service that actually address customer needs. Identify opportunities to apply AI and take initiative to implement solutions. The basics that you bring along Great communication skills, both on a verbal and written level, in English. You have a good understanding of how to sell a travel product. You are passionate about the Indian subcontinent (India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Maldives) and have travel experience there. It's fun to be around you, and your future colleagues enjoy working with you. And last but not least: you bring a positive attitude and remain calm under stress. You can impress us even more with Good knowledge of Hindi for partner communication is a big plus. Good knowledge of German and French is also a big plus. Experience in tourism industry and especially with a tour-operator. Software skills.
