Key Responsibilities
As a Telemarketing and Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for
- Effectively explaining the benefits and importance of our products and services to potential customers
- Actively engaging with potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to introduce and sell our products and services
- Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions that showcase the value of our offerings
- Delivering exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive sales experience
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers
- Assisting customers in setting up their accounts
- Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and follow-up with leads
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system
