Position: Professional Photographer / Videographer Type: Contract Compensation: $60/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities
- Shoot 10 input images of people, objects, or backgrounds.
- Create 1 output image and 1 output video that incorporate all inputs in the same frame.
- Ensure all produced content is high quality and aligns with provided guidelines.
- Work independently and efficiently in fast-paced environments.
- Deliver polished results without overcomplicating the process.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2+ years of professional photography experience.
- Strong photo/video portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual storytelling.
- Access to professional camera equipment (DSLR or equivalent; no phone-only setups).
- Proficiency with standard editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
- Able to work independently, efficiently, and under tight deadlines.
- Creative, adaptable problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments.
Preferred
- A self-starter who loves to create.
- Light on their feet, with the ability to produce high-quality work in short timeframes.
- Excited to experiment, innovate, and deliver fresh visual ideas.

- Interview: 20 minutes
- Form: 5 minutes
- Work Trial: Selected candidates will complete a paid Work Trial ($120). Successful candidates will be onboarded to the project and eligible for additional work.
Compensation & Legal
- Successful completion of one task will earn $120 per task.
- The task is expected to take about 2 hours, making the effective rate approximately $60/hour, but compensation is based on task completion rather than hours worked.
- This is a per-task payment, not an hourly payment.
