Our internal platform runs autonomously to a large extent - you’ll run on top of it, dogfood it every day, and fill the gaps where the AI can’t (yet). The goal: move people through fast and get as many hired as possible. The role A founding, do-everything ops role. You’ll run our pipeline, interview talent, launch campaigns, onboard companies, and own accounts on both sides. You’re the human in the loop pushing people from first contact to hired - and the person who tells us where the AI falls short so we can close the gap. What you’ll do

  • Run the pipeline - own our kanban; keep every talent and company moving, never stalling.
  • Interview talent - screen, qualify, and match the right people to the right roles.
  • Run campaigns - launch multi-channel outreach to source talent and companies.
  • Onboard companies - get them live and set up to win.
  • Own accounts - be the trusted point of contact and deliver value to both sides.
  • Dogfood the platform - live in it, fill the gaps the AI can’t cover yet, and tell us what to build next.
