The Role We are hiring a Senior Loan Processor who has experience working directly with wholesale lenders such as UWM, eLend, Windsor, Kind Lending, The Loan Store, Plaza, NewRez etc. Candidates for this role must be comfortable managing a diverse client base while maintaining strong communication standards across the board. This is full ownership of your pipeline. You must understand how to operate in a broker environment, work across multiple wholesale lenders, manage investor overlays, and drive files to clear to close without hand-holding. What You’ll Do · Manage a full pipeline of purchase and refinance loans from submission through closing. · Process Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, and Jumbo files. · Work directly with multiple wholesale lenders. · Review approvals and clear conditions quickly and accurately. · Communicate proactively with Loan Originators, Underwriters, Realtors, Borrowers, and Title/Escrow. · Support borrowers throughout the loan process. · Track contingency dates, closing dates, and rate lock expirations. · Ensure files are compliant and complete before submission. · Meet or exceed SLA expectations for file touches and turn times. · Maintain accurate loan status updates in ARIVE.

Requirements

What You Must Have · 3+ years of mortgage processing experience. · Minimum 2+ years working at a mortgage broker or in non-delegated correspondent. · Experience submitting loans to wholesale lenders. · Experience processing purchase transactions. · Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, Non-QM, and Jumbo. · Strong understanding of TRID and compliance. · Ability to manage 20+ active loans. · High urgency, strong follow-up discipline, and clean documentation habits. This is a primarily sedentary role requiring extended computer use, clear communication, and detailed document review.
