- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting roles. Job Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing Review, verify, and process invoices for payment, ensuring all required documentation is attached.
- Data Entry and Reconciliation Perform accurate data entry into the accounting system and reconcile discrepancies in vendor statements.
- Payment Management Execute payment runs through checks, ACH, and wire transfers, adhering to payment schedules.
- Vendor Communication Maintain relationships with vendors, resolving any payment issues or discrepancies efficiently.
- Financial Reporting Prepare regular financial reports related to accounts payable and assist in the month-end closing process.
- Compliance Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Support Teams Collaborate with finance teams to improve processes and participate in audits as required.
- Record Maintenance Keep accurate records of all transactions for audit purposes, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
