As a Night Shift Chat Support Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our customer support team, working closely with our customers to resolve their queries and concerns. What You'll Be Doing As a Night Shift Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing clear, friendly, and fast written responses to inbound customer inquiries during low-traffic overnight periods. You'll be working in a remote, text-only environment, using our proprietary chat platform to communicate with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to website and social platform live chat messages in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product recommendations, delivery concerns, or payment questions
- Use provided scripts and guidelines to stay aligned with arenaflex's brand tone and messaging
- Identify urgent messages and flag for follow-up by daytime teams
- Log issues and summarize customer insights at the end of your shift
- Collaborate with other support teams to resolve complex customer issues Who This Is Great For
