About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisitions professional to join our Human Resources department. In this full-time, salaried position, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent to our organization and ensuring a seamless recruitment process. What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for cultural fit and job qualifications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws.
  • Continuously assess recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear and proactive communication throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Stay updated on recruiting trends and implement innovative hiring solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting techniques, talent market trends, and employment legislation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders.
