Job Description

Job Description Best Point is seeking an Early Childhood Classroom Coach that advances the capacity of early childhood professionals to promote the social emotional wellness of young children and their family. Working alongside providers, the coach provides training and consultation services on strategies for elevating family wellness through intentional and responsive interactions. Minimum Education, Experience and Other Skill Requirements: Associates degree or higher is preferred Must have strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice and early childhood and school age development Must be flexible in work schedule and have strong communication and organizational skills Must be open to new ideas and strategies to improve work performance Experience in the Early Childhood field required. Must possess minimum technical skills including familiarity with Microsoft Windows and ability to use standard Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: sit, stand, walk, bend and lift objects of up to 50 pounds operate a motor vehicle safely in changing weather conditions required. speak to and hear employees/clients via phone or in person analyze sourcing data, benefits, and other reports and make recommendations and/or problem solve Required qualifications:

  • Experience in the Early Childhood field
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Minimum technical skills including familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications
