About the Role

Kaleris is a private equity-backed software firm focused on supply chain optimization, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. As a global leader in the supply chain execution market, we are committed to accelerating the digital transformation of supply chains for industrial and finished goods shippers and carriers. We deliver best-in-class solutions for challenges tied to yard management, shipment visibility, and asset management across rail, truck, and multi-mode transportation. We are seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to design, implement, and manage IAM solutions that ensure secure access to our digital supply chain systems. This role requires a technical expert who can balance operational excellence with strategic foresight to enhance and maintain the integrity of our IAM framework.

Responsibilities

IAM Strategy and Design: Develop and implement IAM solutions that align with organizational security goals and business objectives. Access Controls: Design and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) policies to ensure appropriate access levels across systems and applications. Authentication Mechanisms: Implement and manage secure authentication methods, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO). Directory Services Management: Secure directory services such as Entra ID to ensure seamless identity integration. Privileged Access Management (PAM): Design and manage privileged access solutions to secure sensitive accounts and prevent unauthorized access. IAM Automation: Leverage automation tools to streamline IAM processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews. Compliance and Governance: Ensure IAM solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001. Incident Response: Assist in responding to IAM-related security incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, application owners, and business stakeholders to integrate IAM solutions into all aspects of operations.

Requirements

Professional Certifications: Preferred certifications include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM engineering, with demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing IAM solutions in cloud and hybrid environments. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Advanced degrees or additional certifications are advantageous. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in IAM technologies such as Active Directory, Entra ID, ConductorOne, and CyberArk, as well as protocols like SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to address complex IAM challenges. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Security Awareness: Knowledge of security best practices, threat prevention, and IAM’s role in organizational security frameworks. The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list, and additional tasks may be assigned from time to time, or the scope of the position may change as necessary to meet business demands. Kaleris is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Apply To This Job
