As an Adjunct Professor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging course content, assessing student learning, and providing support to students throughout their academic journey. • Design and deliver high-quality course content that aligns with the college's curriculum and learning objectives
• Teach online, remote, and in-person sections of Psychology courses, including lectures, discussions, and labs

• Provide support and guidance to students throughout their academic journey, including advising and mentoring
• Participate in departmental and college-wide meetings and events
• Stay up-to-date with developments in the field of psychology and incorporate relevant topics into course content

Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree or related degree in Psychology or a related discipline
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work in an online and remote teaching environment, with prior experience in Canvas or similar learning platforms preferred

Preferred Qualifications and Special Considerations:

• Expertise in teaching, psychology, online/remote teaching, and advanced certifications or licensure
• 3+ years of applicable experience and prior teaching experience
• Strong technical and computer proficiency, with experience in online instruction
• NJ, NY, or PA residence recommended
• Availability to travel to campus when necessary
