The Opportunity: The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and managing patient visit schedules for a home health agency, ensuring efficient allocation of clinical staff while maintaining high-quality patient care. This role requires strong clinical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and adjust daily and weekly schedules for field clinicians based on patient needs, staff availability, and geographic considerations Coordinate start-of-care visits, routine visits, and urgent scheduling changes Communicate effectively with nurses, therapists, patients, and families to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts Ensure compliance with agency policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards Monitor staff productivity and optimize scheduling efficiency Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support continuity of care Maintain accurate scheduling records in the agency’s system Qualifications: Registered Nurse with New York License - USRN - NY Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written) required Minimum 1–2 years of experience in home health, care coordination, or clinical scheduling preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR) systems Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities Service Fee: Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise. Hours: US Eastern Standard Time (EST) - 9am to 6pm Why Limitlessli?
