Medical Malpractice Attorney Requirements
- 3+ years litigation experience preferred
- Experience or interest in medical malpractice, professional liability or related practices
- Experience in discovery, motions, trial preparation or direct trial experience preferred
- Exceptional writing and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong research and writing skills
- Strong academic background and ABA-accredited law school
- Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
- Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
- Licensed in CA in good standing
