Summary of the role: We are seeking a strategic and technically savvy Senior AI Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of AI-powered capabilities within the M-Files platform. This role will be instrumental in shaping how our customers interact with and derive value from their information. Your leadership will be critical in realizing our innovative vision to deliver best-in-class AI-powered products. What you will be doing/Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Defining and driving the AI product strategy aligned with M-Files’ vision and customer needs.
  • Leading cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to deliver AI features that enhance user experience and business outcomes.
  • Owning the roadmap for AI capabilities such as intelligent metadata extraction, semantic search, document classification, and generative AI integrations.
  • Translating customer pain points and market trends into actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborating with engineering to ensure reliable and scalable AI solutions.
  • Monitoring performance of AI features and continuously optimize based on user feedback and data.
  • Evangelizing AI capabilities internally and externally, including customer presentations, webinars, and thought leadership.
