Brighter Strides ABA Therapy is expanding across Arizona and we are actively hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality ABA services while enjoying flexibility, strong support, and excellent compensation. Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on data
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold BACB ethical standards
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) – required
- Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for providing high-quality ABA services
