Hybrid B2B Customer Service Representative/Lead Qualifier

TTEC is hiring a Hybrid B2B Customer Service Representative (Lead Qualifier) in Tempe, AZ . This role focuses on engaging warm business leads through outbound calls to identify needs and support sales solutions that improve customer operations. Top requirements include at least 1 year of call center customer service experience, strong professional communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume outbound calling across multiple systems. Hybrid work is based on performance after the training period. Training is in office in Tempe, AZ.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base pay starting at $18.50 per hour plus performance bonuses up to $1,000 monthly for top performers

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or high-volume environment with outbound calling exposure
  • High school diploma or equivalent with proficiency using multiple systems simultaneously
  • Experience with outbound dialing systems and structured call workflows
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to business-to-business interactions
  • Ability to multitask, document accurately, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to warm business leads using structured, customer-focused conversations
  • Follow call flows, scripts, and quality standards while personalizing interactions
  • Identify customer needs, document outcomes, and update records across multiple systems
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoffs and support solution alignment
