Your role will involve engaging with customers through our online chat platform, answering their queries, and helping them schedule appointments with ease. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Familiarity with online chat platforms and scheduling software is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work day or night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
