About This Position Our remote travel coordination department is continuing to grow, and we are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Itinerary Coordination Specialists. In this position, you'll assist travelers with organizing trip plans, managing reservation details, and helping ensure all travel arrangements are prepared accurately from beginning to end. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy assisting others, handling multiple tasks, and working independently in a flexible remote environment. Full onboarding, training, and ongoing mentorship are provided for all team members, including those new to the travel industry.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with vacation planning requests, travel schedules, and destination preferences Coordinate travel arrangements such as accommodations, cruises, flights, transportation, tours, and activities Review pricing, availability, and package options through approved supplier and booking systems Help maintain organized itineraries, confirmations, and reservation updates Communicate professionally through email, phone, and digital messaging platforms Support clients with itinerary revisions, booking adjustments, and follow-up requests Maintain detailed client records and accurate documentation within internal systems Stay informed on supplier promotions, travel announcements, and destination information Participate in remote onboarding sessions, training workshops, and development meetings

Preferred Qualifications

Strong communication and customer support abilities Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities in a remote work setting Comfortable using online platforms, email systems, and basic computer applications Reliable internet connection and professional communication habits Positive attitude and willingness to develop new skills Interest in hospitality, coordination, administration, or travel-related support roles Must be at least 18 years of age Applicants must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or approved hiring regions
